Zumba and Love Flow
With Valentine’s Day around the corner give yourself a little love! We are always running around and doing for others, but what are you doing for you? On Saturday February 9th, join us for Zumba fitness at 9:30 and stay for an additional 45 minute flow class and connect to your body, mind and heart using elements of stretching, breath work & soothing music to tap into YOU!

Clients can attend one or both classes.
Zumba class punch cards and drop in clients: Pay an additional $5 to attend both classes
Love Flow class is $15 when purchased without Zumba class

Valentine’s Day Tango Date Night
Add a little spice to your night with a sexy Tango lesson. Learn the basics of this intimate dance and take your partner to the dance floor and with confidence. Limited space as this class has sold out in the past.
