You are amazing and have made this change for yourself. You have pushed yourself to make a difference in your life. You should be so proud of the progress you have made. Dance SPA and I can not thank you enough for being a bright, shining and encouraging energy in every class. You make every new student feel welcome and continue to give positive encouragement to newcomers and regulars. A healthy life is the best gift you can give your family, friends and yourself. I love doing zumba because it’s so much fun, exciting and energetic to me. It’s so different from your typical boring workout in a gym (for some people anyway). I love all the different dancing moves. I burn a lot of calories, great cardio workout and it’s so much fun for me. I talk about zumba to everyone including my friends, family and co-workers but it’s not just zumba itself it’s having an awesome and amazing instructor like Christa. There is no other like her!
I met Christa one year ago on May 22, 2010. I fell in love with her indeed! She has an amazing personality and is great at what she does. She is so good at zumba and has an amazing way of teaching/ easy to follow techniques all with hand and facial gestures. She welcomes everyone with a smile. Everyone there is so nice and they all come in different shapes and sizes and everyone is there to have fun no one is staring at you and wondering if you are doing it right.
Christa motivates me and keeps me wanting to come back for more. I look forward to doing zumba with Christa. She changes up the dancing routines and keeps up with updated music which makes it that more exciting. She is so much fun.
Zumba has made a dramatic change in my life. I feel really good about myself and I feel proud of myself. I work it when I am there and I am loving every moment of it. I have so much fun! My kids, family and friends are always complementing me of how different I look. I am very happy. One year later of doing zumba and I have lost 42lbs. thanks to zumba and Christa South I feel really good and look forward to another great year with Dance SPA . Thank you Christa
